For security, our assessments are only available by email invitation with each invite having a unique 12 character voucher / access code.
Vouchers have to be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. There are no refunds
If a participant never starts their assessment it can be cancelled by the client administrator and the voucher will be automatically credited.
To be consistant and to treat all participants fairly, assessment reports can only be generated when an assessment is completed. We do not generate reports for partialy completed assessments as this will not give a true picture of that individual's skill set.
IMPORTANT: A voucher is deemed "used" when they start their assessment not when it is completed. So an incomplete assessments will cost the same as a completed assessment.
It is up to the organisation that invited you to complete an assessment to decide if and how they will share Assessment results with you.
Yes they can restart an assessment, although not recommended, except in an emergency or power outage.
To restart they simply use the link on their original email invitation.
The system will detect that they are restarting and will ask them to confirm that they wish to restart.
IMPORTANT: If they stop in the middle of a test then the scores for that test will not count and the system will restart at the beginning of the next test / question. Every restart is logged.
On the introductory page of each cognitive test there is a Pause button (bottom right hand corner). If they need to take a comfort break or just need to chill for a few minutes, they should click the Pause button and the assessment clock will stop, the button will change to Restart. When they are ready to restart they simply click the Restart button.
Any pauses are logged and they are advised before they start their assessment that if they need to explain why they had a long / many pauses to put the reason in the Comments section at the end of their assessment. E.g. "The fire alarm went off and it was 20 minutes before we were allowed back into the office", "My neighbour was knocking on my front door as our dog had escaped from our back yard and I had to run down the street after it".
